Our beautiful center is in the Alameda neighborhood, 2 blocks west of NE 33rd Ave. and Mason St.

RATES   01-20-2010
   One room (875 sq. ft):    $150 up to 5 hrs., then $25/hr.  Day Rate -- $180 up to 10 hours
   Two rooms:   $250 up to 5 hrs., then $40/hr.    Day Rate -- $300 up to 10 hours
   Entire house:   $300 up to 5 hrs., then $50/hr.    Day Rate -- $480 up to 10 hours    12-hr. Rate -- $550 up to 12 hours

   Class rate ( one room):
   $25/ hr for weekly class or meeting    $30/ hr. for monthly class or meeting.

   Deposits:
   $50 (no food), $100 (food brought in) and $150 (weddings and wedding receptions).
   No red beverages are allowed at this time.
   A cleaning deposit is also required, as a fully-refundable separate check.
   The renter is expected to do all set-up and clean-up; we provide the cleaning supplies.

   Maximum Occupancy:
   125 - 150 people if the total of 2100 sq. ft. is used.
   Each carpeted hall is approx. 875sq. ft.
